When are Las Vegas hotels most expensive?
During the biggest conventions (CES in January above all), the Formula 1 race week, New Year's Eve, the National Finals Rodeo in December and EDC weekends in May.
How do I find a cheaper week in Las Vegas?
Avoid the dates on this page, and prefer Sunday to Thursday nights; weekends cost more almost every week of the year.
Convention dates come from the organizers; we check them regularly. Smaller conventions happen almost every week and also push up midweek prices.
