Privacy policy

We keep personal data to a minimum: the site has no accounts, no sign-up and no advertising trackers.

Who is responsible

What data is processed, and why

• Hosting and security. The site is delivered by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Cloudflare acts as our processor; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Visitor statistics. We count visits with Cloudflare's privacy-friendly analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. We only see totals, such as page views and countries.
• Your saved trip and starred shows. These are stored only in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers them on your next visit. They are never sent to us. You can delete them by clearing your browser's site data.
• Email. If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and delete them when no longer needed.

Affiliate links and partner sites

When you click a ticket or hotel link, you leave our site. The partner (for example Ticketmaster, StubHub or Booking.com) and its affiliate network may set cookies on their site to record that you came from us, so a commission can be paid if you book. Their own privacy policies apply there. We receive only commission reports, not your name or payment details.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal data, don't build visitor profiles and don't show ads. Our pages, fonts and images are served from lvtracker.com itself; the only exception is Cloudflare's cookieless analytics script, where enabled.

Transfers outside the EU

Cloudflare may process data in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@lvtracker.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (Office for Personal Data Protection).
